Summer Strawberry Salad
I love a good salad! When I stumble upon one that I love, I just make it over and over again! This salad has been my first choice for the past month, because it so refreshing. As a result I don’t see my love for it dying down anytime soon.
I was looking in my cupboards for some walnuts to toss in and I realized I was out. So I started searching my brain for another crunchy alternative to add in. I had just made some stove top granola the day before and threw some of that in.
This turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Ok slight exaggeration but really it is so good! And to balance out all the sweet I love to add in some red onion. Goat cheese (or cream cheese) also taste delicious. I top it all off with my homemade poppyseed salad dressing, howoever store bought is totally fine too. As an alternative you can use store bought poppyseed dressing.
