I came across this recipe in the Half Baked Harvest Super Simple Cookbook but I she uses pretzels and I did not have any on hand so I made mine with soda crackers instead of pretzels. They were so good, we have been making them for months now and love them in all kinds of soups. They also make the perfect snack haha but warning they are super addictive.
Seasoned Soup Crackers
Take your crackers to the next level with this quick seasoning
Preheat oven to 325 degreesIn a large bowl mix all your ingredients minus the crackers together. Once everything is mixed well add in your sleeve of soda crackers and toss to coat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread your crackers on the tray. Bake for 5 min.Add these to any soup or use on a charcuterie board with cheese and pickles and garlic sausage.
