I don’t know if its because we have spent a lot more time at home over the last 2 years but I have really gotten into finding fun ways to make the Holidays extra special around our home.
Where once I did not really like adding in seasonal or holiday decor, now I am all over it! In todays post I wanted to share some fun Easter and Spring home decor thats soft, subtle and neutral.

Everyone has their own personal style. Although I love country home decor and more rustic looks, our home tends to lean towards a modern European cottage, mixed with some mid-century and lots of boho decor.
I was on the hunt for some home decor that wasn’t necessarily country, which I feel is tricky because that seems to be what takes up most of the market when it comes to seasonal and holiday decor?!
I think retailers are starting to pick up on the fact that many of us want seasonal decor but have a more modern style and I found lots of cute stuff that fit the bill!

A major trend happening in home decor right now is more traditional and natural elements being mixed in with modern lines. Think decor in the 90’s but modernized haha.
This sounds really weird, especially like me, if you are up in the 90’s and your still trying to rid your memory of your moms muted pastels, and grape vines draped everywhere in the kitchen. But just like always, everything old becomes new again and yes traditional decor that your Mom might have loved has come back around. And I kinda love it.
I think thats a theme with the easter decor I picked out. Dried floral arrangements, wicker baskets and pastel plaid bed sheets may seem dated but they have been updated in a way that feels fresh and new.
