Cottagecore Home Decor for Summer – Cozy Layers and Plaid Accents
I can’t believe summer is already here. Every year it feels like it comes around faster and faster. In today’s post I wanted to share some ways I am bringing that cozy cottage summer vibe into our home with some of my favourite plaid accents from Wayfair!
From June 27th, 2025 through July 6th, 2025, Wayfair will be hosting their annual Canada Day Clearance, with deals including up to 70% OFF and fast shipping on everything you need to create your own cottagecore vibes this summer!
We recently renovated our library, adding in bookshelves and trimming them out to look built in. We painted the entire room green, added in my favourite plaid rug that is so so soft, as well as a little table and some extra comfy seating for reading our favourite books!
But the room felt like it was missing something and didn’t quite look finished. My friend suggested curtains, and I instantly knew exactly what style I wanted. Plaid!
I am loving all the plaid lately, it works well with so many interior styles especially that cozy cottage look which we are aiming for in our home.
