However with that said, I have only had one rug ever show up at my door that I was less then impressed with. And I wrote the company right away and sent pictures of the damaged areas and they refunded me my money asap.

Also a word of caution when it comes to reading reviews. Someone inevitably is going to leave a negative review. Always compare the positive reviews with the negative. And don’t stress too much about the odd negative review especially if a vast majority are positive.
